I recommend this places for the experience. Beautiful interior design and outstanding service. The food I tried was not especially memorable (pasta carbonara), but I have no regrets.

This place doesn't get enough credit, I liked it a lot. The atmosphere is really nice, authentic. The way the waiter treated us is outstanding. Now here's some suggestions so you guys make it even better. 1. Everything is nice and traditional up to the food presentation. Those weird ass plates and small portions make you feel you're in a high class restaurant (this is not a high class restaurant nor should be). The cutlery and china doesn't match the ambiance. There are plenty of traditional Romanian bowls and plates to be found out there. You have sheep wool on the chairs and high class food plating. Not good. Go all the way with traditional. Buy some chinaware from Horezu! 2. Put some separators for the piss stalls in the men's bathroom please. That should be mandatory in every public bathroom in the country. I appreciated a lot though the spotless bathrooms. Very clean and a pleasant scent inside. 3. The guy's singing at the tables should not just automatically assume every guest is comfortable on being singed and played at. Also, do you leave a tip for those guys or not? That should be made clear. I suggest they sing and play their instruments in the common areas and only sing at individual tables after they're requested by the customer or they could ask if they can serenade. Easy.

Cozy and vintage looking restaurant. Food is decent(wife had something called "fasole in pâine" and she wasn't impressed) however a bit pricey for my taste. 2 people will pay arround 30-40€ for a main course(price can go up should you choose an expensive main course) a desert and drinks. I only had a cup of "tuica fiartă", a local alcoholic drink and it was about 3.5 € ( on the high street same things sells for about 2€). Staff are very nice and friendly. If you get a seating near the window you'll also have a lovely view.

I don’t get the 3.9 rating. We were a party of five, the food was excellent, traditional Romanian. Beautiful setting, great service people were very friendly. Enjoyed everything, a very memorable meal
